Flex Spex Adjustable Reading Glasses are proudly made in the USA. Flex Spex is a family owned and operated business located in Greybull, Wyoming.
They design, manufacture, and distribute Flex Spex to a broad range of customers. While these reading glasses were originally created for fly fishing, they are incredibly versatile. Farmers, ranchers, doctors, building conracters, foresters, truckers, industrial workers and foremen, landscapers, highway maintenance crews, surveyors, and river guides all use them.
Flex Spex are specially designed reading glasses with break-apart lenses that have a rubber coated magnetic closure that forms a nose bridge. The lenses are attached to gooseneck flex conduit which is connected to a bulldog clip with our company logo. Flex Spex quickly and easily attach the bill of your visor, or the temple piece of many sunglasses, safety glasses, or other glasses.
Flex Spex are unobtrusive! They don't hang around your neck. You don't see them or feel them when not in use. The lenses separate and fold up onto your bill entirely out your field of vision until they are needed. At that time, they are easily accessible, adjustable, and handy. The design allows the corrective lenses to adjust to the precise point you are trying to see. They also fold down and connect in front of other glasses you may wear like sunglasses or safety glasses.
These practical reading glasses are made with stainless steel nuts, bolts, and logos; copper wrapped stainless steel flexible conduit; zinc coated music wire; and small bulldog clips that live up to their name. They fasten at the nose bridge with strong neodymium magnets. The CR39 plastic lenses are protected with a scratch resistant coating. Currently, they come in 3 powers: 2.00, 2.50, and 3.00.
