Ordering Information:
Phone Orders
Call 828.304.2400 to place your phone order. Have your order prepared and your payment information available. We can either charge a credit card, send you a bill through PayPal or you may send a money order. We will ship the merchandise upon receipt of your payment.

Internet Orders
There are several ways to process your order if you order from our secure online store. A secure online transaction (through PayPal or by Credit Card) is the fastest method. Or, your order can be generated in a printable format in which you can add your payment information to and fax or mail it in.

Payment Methods:
Your internet order will be charged through PayPal where you may use American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover or by Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard only). Phone orders will be charged to your Visa or Mastercard or we can send you a bill through PayPal. Money orders and cash are also acceptable forms of payment. Please do not send cash. We cannot be held responsible for cash payments sent by mail. Any original gift certificates, vouchers, and coupons you have must accompany your order to receive credit. Faxed copies of gift certificates and coupons are not accepted. Also, there is no option for open accounts, or C.O.D.s.

Sales Tax:
Casters Fly Shop charges applicable sales tax for products ordered on this online store and shipped to any location inside of North Carolina, including orders placed outside of North Carolina that are shipped to North Carolina. Other than this condition, there will be NO SALES TAX applied to any other order.
