Hairy Fry™

Hairy Fry™. This fry pattern works in any situation where fry are abundant along the streams edge. It is particularly effective in the Great Lakes during the spring (for trout and steelhead) when the salmon fry are in the soft water along the banks, by the millions. Swing it under a floating line along the drop-offs and runs or dead drift it under an indicator; both techniques receive viscous strikes. This is an excellent pattern to use if you want to catch a steelhead in the Great Lakes in March, April and May. Designed and spun up by Dave Hise. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
