Daiichi 2151 Curved Shank Salmon Hook has a tapered loop straight eye and is forged. Great for all sorts of salmon and steelhead flies. Bob Johns, a noted fly tier and hook designer created this “Bartlett” style hook in the 1970’s. The wire is lighter than the wire on a TMC 7999 or a Daiichi 2441 and is similar to the wire on a Daiichi 2141 salmon and steelhead hook, except this hook has a curved bend instead of a limerick bend.
