Dr. Slick Rotary Hackle Pliers are an excellent choice for dry fly fly tyer. Non-rotary are best for simple application of hackles to flies while rotary hackle pliers are used working with parachute flies. A half hitch tool is built into the handle of these 4" Rotary Hackle Pliers. The small version is 2" in length.
