Dr. Slick Tungsten Carbide Fly Tying Scissors- Based on the Big Three, these Tungsten Carbide scissors are available in a 3 1/2" Arrow, 4" All Purpose, and 4 1/2" Hair Scissor. Non serrated tungsten carbide blades that are welded onto the scissor blade frame. Tungsten carbide is 7X harder than stainless steel and holds an edge longer. They can handle all types of tying materials, but were created to tackle modern synthetic materials.
