Orvis Helios 3F (Finesse) 908-4 Fly Rod- The Helios 3F 9 Foot, 8 Weight Fly Rod offers enhanced accuracy while still maintaining the classic feel and finesse of traditional actions. The Helios 3F 908-4 is money when close accuracy is everything on the flats. The ultimate rod for tailing redfish when success is a 6" pie plate at 40 feet. Helios 3F was designed to significantly reduce the variables at the point of release focusing the energy of the cast to the intended target. No matter what happens behind you, the energy of the forward cast is crisply released through a tight window created by the most significant reduction in horizontal and vertical tip frequency. It is a rifle in a world of muskets and it auto-corrects the variables of the cast to the target with incomparable precision.
