Rising Stout Bodkin

The Stout Bodkin is one of Rising Tools new fly tying tools. Rising makes all of these tools themselves, in their own shop. The handle shape, knurled at the top tapering down to a slightly smaller diameter segment, does two things. First, it is comfortable in your fingers. Second, it rolls in a circular motion so it is less likely to fall off your tying table. The needle is both strong and the correct length to make fly tying, or fly line setup easier.
