Veevus Iridescent Iris Thread is a perfect, sparkly material for ribbing and bodies on a multitude of patterns.

Veevus Iridescent Iris Thread isn't really thread, its a more of rib and/or body material. Its great for midge and smaller midge patterns. Lays flat like a Flat Diamond Braid or the old Lagartun Mini Flat Braid.

    I read about this material in a magazine for tying the Kaleidoscope Midge. You can also find tying instructions on youtube from tightlinevideo. Wonderful material and great color and sparkle!

    I like the Veevus Iris thread. It works great for small # 16 - 22 fly bodies. Especially nymphs.
