Wapsi Thin Skin- It is a 7" x 2" x .004" thick, stretchable transparent/translucent skin. Matte finish on one side and a shiny finish on the other. Can be cut to shape and makes great shell backs, carapaces and wing cases on shrimp, crayfish, scud, sowbug and nymph patterns.

Great material, I use it for wing cases on stonefly nymphs. I've used coated feathers but this is just easier and more durable
